Being honest and ethical is very important to The Pepper Club and we hope as a member of this network, you feel the same. To ensure that these values are maintained, we invite you to let us know if any member has not treated you with respect or in the spirit of those virtues that define our network (link to the terms of Agreement).
Your concerns will be anonymously forwarded to an offending Member, and at our discretion, membership will be suspended for 6 months or cancelled altogether.
We hope in this way we are able to provide some protection to you, but like any good business, please make all the necessary enquiries to satisfy yourself that you are dealing with the best person for your needs.
